GENERAL

Bakelerie reserves the rights to amend any Terms and Conditions at any time without notification. Bakelerie will not be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any use of the Website. Bakelerie is not halal certified and is operating as a small scale home-based business. Bakelerie reserves the rights to reject any orders. Do note that there will be slight variation between the pictures you view online and the actual product. Your order is only confirmed when payment is received and confirmation message is sent.

 

ORDERING PROCESS

1. Submit your order via 'Contact Us' or emailbakelerie@gmail.com the following details:

What size are you looking at?

When do you need the order? (Date and Time)

Payment via: Internet Banking/ ATM/ PayNow/ PayLah!/ PayAnyone

2. Upon submission of your order, we will try to get back to you ASAP, if not please allow us at least 1-2 days. A final quote and payment details will be sent to you via Email/ Whatsapp. Do check your junk incase the mail gets there.

3. Payment has to be made within 24 hours. Strictly no cash payment.

 

4. Once payment has been made, please reply to the Email/ Whatsapp (include a snapshot of your transaction if possible). Bakelerie does not offer a refund once payment is confirmed.

 

5. We will notify and confirm the collection date and time when payment has been verified. Your order is now confirmed.

 

6. A whatsapp reminder will be sent to you 1 day before the collection date. If you are unable to turn up, please notify us in advance. Last minute orders (with preparation time <48 hours from order submission) will only be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

COLLECTION DETAILS

We only accept self-collection/ meet-up at the moment.

If delivery is required, customers will be responsible to arrange for the delivery and be liable for any delivery costs or damages incurred. Once the baked goods have been collected, Bakelerie will not be liable or bear any responsibility for any damage or defects of the products.
