  • How do I place my order?
    *Please do not cart out your order* There are 3 ways to place an order: 1) Via 'Contact Us' form 2) Email your orders/ upload a screenshot of your cart items to emailbakelerie@gmail.com 3) Message us at @bakelerie on Instagram Do ensure your order consists the following details: Name: Contact number: I am inquiring for: Cakes/ Cupcakes/ Macarons etc What size are you looking at? When do you need the order? (Date and Time) Payment via: Internet Banking/ ATM/ PayNow/ PayLah!/ PayAnyone *Please do not send multiple orders via different platforms.
  • Can I order and pickup on the same day?
    We only take in preorders, unless otherwise stated. Please submit your order to us at emailbakelerie@gmail.com 3 days in advance so that we have time to prepare. For bulk/ party orders, we will need a longer preparation time.
  • How do I pay?
    Payment have to be made within 24 hours upon receiving of quotation via Internet Banking, ATM Transfers or Mobile Payment Apps.
  • How do i know if my order is confirmed?
    Orders will only be confirmed when invoice is issued. Subject of email will also state that your order is confirmed.
  • How do I store my baked goods after collection?
    We recommend you to consume all baked goods within 2-3 days upon collection. If needed to consume later, it is best to keep the bakes refrigerated to maintain freshness. For cakes, please thaw them at the counter at least 10mins once out of the fridge. For all bakes that contains butter or cream (e.g. fresh cream cakes, buttercream cakes, buttercream filling etc) please ensure they are not left under the sun or in the heat for more than 1-2hours upon collection.
  • Can I customize my bakes?
    Sure! Send us a message via 'Contact Us' or email to Emailbakelerie@gmail.com on your inquiry, we will discuss from there. Please note that we do not do fondant or tier cakes at this moment.
  • Is Bakelerie halal?
    We are not halal-certified.
  • Can I opt for delivery?
    Yes. Delivery charge varies according to location and quantities. Do let us know what you have in mind, date and time of delivery and your postal code. We will request for quotation and update you. Please note that Bakelerie will not liable for any damages caused along the way, we will send you a photo of your baked goods before the items are being picked up by delivery guy.
  • Can I get a refund if I cancel my order?
    We do not offer any refunds for cancellations.
  • Where do I collect?
    Collection details will be provided to you.
